Required document, at least 1 item:
1.Work Permit:A valid Work Permit issued by a Thai government authority. Please submit both pages:
- The page showing employer details.
- The page showing employment period / renewal / extension details.
- Temporary stay permission to enter Thailand, such as a Non-Immigrant Visa or Smart Visa, that is still valid. Tourist Visa is not accepted.
2. National ID card for foreigners, with work permit details shown on the reverse side, for Lao, Cambodian, and Myanmar nationals.
Other supporting documents, at least 1 item: Self-identification documents issued by a Thai government authority or the foreign national's home country government, such as:
- Thai driver's license (front and back)
- Driver's license issued by the home country government
- Yellow cover house registration book (Tor.Ror. 13) showing the 13-digit national ID number, with both the main page showing the residential address and the page showing your personal information
- National ID card issued by the home country
Note:
- Documents must be clearly legible, verifiable as belonging to you, and still valid (not expired).
- Documents must display information in English.
