How to Complete Identity Verification
The detail of how to complete identity verification for Thai Customers are as follows.
Step 1 — Document Upload
1. Open the MaxBit application and select "Log In"
2. Select your nationality, then tap "Next"
3. You will enter the identity verification process via document upload
** Please ensure your documents are correct, then tap "Next". The system will activate your camera to capture 2 photos of your ID document:
Front side of your National ID Card
Back side of your National ID Card
Notes:
- Thai customers must use an original National ID Card — copies are not accepted
- Foreign customers must use an original Passport — copies are not accepted
4. Make sure you are in a well-lit area and position your card within the designated frame. Once done, review the photo — if it is unclear, tap "Retake", then tap "Next"

Step 2 — Digital Identity Verification (Thai nationals only)

- You can complete your Verification via NDID. Please see the additional step here.
Step 3 Suitability Test
There are 10 questions in total to assess and determine customer’s risk tolerance before fully commencing use of the Maxbit’s application.
