Crypto Withdrawal
To withdraw coins, follow these steps
1. Open the Maxbit mobile application and log in to your account.
2. Go to the home page and choose the wallet icon in the bottom menu.
3. Choose "Withdraw" from the cryptocurrency page or search for the coin you want to withdraw.
4. Once you're on the withdrawal page for the selected coin, provide the recipient's information as follows;
- Enter the recipient's wallet address or press the icon on the right to scan the QR code.
- Select the desired network for the withdrawal.
- The system may display a field for Memo/Tag if required.
- Specify the amount of coins you want to withdraw.
- Enter the 2FA code.
- When all the required information is filled, select "Confirm."
5. The system will send an email to you for the confirmation of the coin withdrawal. Please select to “confirm”
6. You can view all transactions by clicking on the "History" icon (clock) at the top right corner.
7. Wait for the staff to process and approve the transaction.
8. After the status shows as "Successful," the withdrawal transaction will be sent to a blockchain network.
9. Once each coin's block confirmation period is complete, you will receive the coins within 24 hours.
Note: If your transaction is successfully processed on the blockchain but the assets have not appeared in your destination wallet within 24 hours, please contact wallet destination Support for prompt assistance. Moreover, it's necessary to enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) before deposit and withdraw.
