Additional information about the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for Thai customers
For the NDID verification process
1. Select "Mobile Banking NDID."
2. Please read and understand the terms and conditions. Press "Accept."
3. Choose the mobile banking service provider for identity verification and press "Next."
4. Access the Mobile Banking application to verify your identity with the bank's application within 60 minutes. Return to continue the identity verification process and press "Agree."
5. Verify and confirm your NDID information. Press "Confirm."
6. Provide consent for identity verification. Press "Consent."
7. The face verification step will display your face within a circular frame. Follow the instructions on the screen.
8. Consent to disclose personal information, verify personal data, and press "Accept."
9. After completing the transaction, return to the MaxBit application and press "Finish."
10. Upon entering, you will find the personal data verification page. Please provide all details accurately as shown on your identification card and press "Next."
