How to do if I forget password?
If you are unable to access the application due to a forgotten password, you can follow these steps
1. Open the Maxbit application and select "Sign In."
2. Choose "Forgot Password?"
3.Enter your email address and phone number.
4.Select "Send."
5.Enter your new password and confirm new password.
6. Input SMS OTP received via phone number and email.
7. Double-check your information before clicking on "Submit."
Note: If the password is changed You will be able to complete asset withdrawal transactions for the next 24 hours.
