How to Change Your Registered Mobile Phone Number?
1.Open the Maxbit mobile application and log in to your account.
2.Tap the “Profile icon” on the top-right corner.
3. Select “Settings”.
4. Select “Security Settings”.
5. Tap “Change Phone Number”.
6. A notification will appear informing you that withdrawal transactions will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours after the phone number changes. Tap “Next” to proceed.
7. Enter your “new mobile phone number”.
8. Enter the OTP sent to your previous registered phone number and new phone number.
9. Enter your Google Authenticator (2FA) code.
10. Tap “Confirm”. The phone number change will take effect immediately.
Note: Your registered phone number must remain active in order to receive verification codes. If your current phone number is no longer active, please contact Maxbit Customer Support via the Live Chat feature on
