How to solve 2FA Issue
Troubleshooting steps as follows
For Android
1. Go to the main page of "Google Authenticator."
2. Select "Settings."
3. Choose "Time correction for codes" and then tap "Sync now." Application will confirm your time setting in order to sync to the next step. Afterward, you will able to use a passcode to access a system. Sync will be effective within the user's application only and will not be effective to your mobile device time.
For iOS
1. Go to the "Settings" on your iPhone device.
2. Navigate to "General."
3. Select "Date & Time."
4. Turn off "Set Automatically" and then turn it back on.
5. Restart your device by powering it off and then on again.
The application will confirm that your device's time settings are now synchronized on the next page. Afterward, you should be able to use the authentication code to log in.
Please note that the time synchronization only affects the "Google Authenticator" app and does not impact the time settings on your mobile device.
