2. Affidavit that the registrar from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, issued within six months.

5. Board resolution for opening digital asset account

Information included in the document:
- Name of the company
- Time of the meeting (In case of conducting transactions on the day of registration, the meeting time must be after the registration is completed)
- Number of attendees (Should be equal to the number of shareholders)
- The meeting specifying that "Approval of opening a digital asset exchange account with Maxbit Digital Asset Co., Ltd."
- Signature and company stamp as specified in the company certification letter
6. Copy of ID card of the attorney in-fact.
7. Form for Declaration of Status as a U.S. Person or Non-U.S. Person (FATCA)
8. VAT Registration Certificate (Por. Por. 20) (If any) Information included in the document.

- The phrase "Por. Por. 20" indicating the Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
- Name of the business operator
- Name of the business establishment
- Indication of whether it is a main office or a branch
- Address of the company
- Contact number of the company
- Date on which the business operator registered for Value Added Tax
- Name and position of the Revenue Department officer who issued the registration certificate
Note : Once sucessfully uploading document, you need to proceed suittability test. However, the test and risk-taking ability will be suject to evaluation and risk acceptance of that legal entity.
