How to change the phone number
1. go to personal menu on the right top corner
2. select “setting”
3. select “security setting”
4. select “change phone number”
5. system will inform that your transaction will be suspended temporarily, please select “continue”
6. enter your new phone number without zero on the first digit for example ; your phone number is 081 123 4567 you must input 81-1234567
7. select “continue”
8. you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to your registered phone number and your new phone number and followed by your 2FA code
9. select “confirm” changing your phone number will be effective immediately.
Remark : please ensure that your registered phone number is currently active. If your registered phone number is inactive, please contact our Maxbit customer support
