Company reserves the right to immediately terminate MAXBIT Digital Asset OTC Service without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If user violates any provision under these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions of the Company.
- If user’s trading volume is less than THB 5,000,000 for two consecutive months.
- If user no longer meets the Company’s eligibility requirements for using the service, particularly in the event of a change in the user’s financial status, including but not limited to the filing of a petition to initiate bankruptcy proceedings, commencement of asset protection proceedings under bankruptcy law, or any similar actions.
- If user fails to provide the required information for identity verification or user information review within the specified timeframe or if company is unable to contact user or verify user’s identity for any reason resulting from user’s action or omission.
- If user is found to have engaged, directly or indirectly, in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulatory requirements imposed by the Company’s supervisory authorities.
In circumstances other than those stated above, company will provide user with at least 15 days’ prior written notice. If no response is received within the specified period, company reserves the right to revoke user’s access to the MAXBIT Digital Asset OTC Service without further notice.
