Order Execution
  • DCA order will be run as Quick Order Type.
  • Order will be executed at market price at the Date and Time of execution.
  • The maximum number of DCA strategies that can be created in the system is 10.
  • Users may suspend a DCA order at any time.
  • The Frequency cannot be changed after the order has been successfully created.
  • Users may find that some DCA purchases are not executed for the full preset amount. This is because the system is subject to limitations in calculating the investment quantity (Quantity) to the decimal places required by the destination exchange. As a result, the order amount cannot always be adjusted to exactly match the specified budget (Limit). However, the company will deduct funds from your account (Balance) only according to the actual executed transaction value. No excess amount beyond what the system successfully processes will be charged.
Slippage Tolerance
  • Slippage tolerance will depend on certain assets and market conditions.
  • The App will display the applicable slippage tolerance.
  • User must review and confirm the slippage tolerance before DCA setup confirmation.
Order Failure

DCA order may fail under the following conditions:

  • Insufficient funds in user account
  • Incomplete KYC verification
  • Price volatility exceeding slippage tolerance
  • System maintenance
  • Technical incidents
  • In case of order failure, the execution will be skipped with no accumulation or carry forward to the next scheduled purchase.

DCA Listing

Maxbit’s DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) system supports only digital assets that meet the company’s internal criteria, based on the following factors: 

  • The asset must have a market capitalization that ranks within the global Top 50. 
  • The company will consider only digital assets with an appropriate level of market liquidity. This is assessed using information such as trading volume, market capitalization, the number of trading venues on which the asset is listed, and the consistency of its liquidity, in order to help reduce risks related to volatility, pricing, and the efficiency of order execution for users. 
  • The asset must pass the company’s risk and compliance assessment. It must not be associated with illegal activities or carry negative risk profiles that may impact users, the overall system, or the company. This includes, but is not limited to, legal risks, technology risks, security risks, or any other risks related to the project, the issuer, or the developers of the digital asset. 
  • The asset must not be a Meme Token, Fan Token, Utility Token G1, a token used for depositing digital assets to earn yield, a Privacy Coin, or a conflict-of-interest token (coi token) as defined under notifications or regulations issued by the SEC of Thailand. 
  • The asset must be listed and tradable on the Maxbit platform. 

The company reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend assets supported in the DCA system, with prior notice of no more than 14 days through channels specified by the company, in order to align with market conditions, risk management, and the company’s internal policies.
