To request asset management for a deceased user's account, please follow these steps ;
-Copy of the deceased user's death certificate.
-Copy of the deceased user's household registration indicating "deceased" status.
-Copy of the deceased user's national identification card.
-Copy of the court order appointing the estate manager.
-Copy of the estate manager's national identification card.
-Copy of the estate manager's household registration.
-Copy of the first page of the estate manager's bank account book.
In the case of digital assets, the estate manager must open an account with MaxBit to receive the digital assets.
A letter of intention to conduct transactions in the deceased customer's account as the estate manager (available upon inquiry from MaxBit's customer service department).
Copy of the marriage certificate or birth certificate (if applicable).
