How to Register for Membership (For Corporate Entity)
You can register to open a corporate account through the Maxbit application by following these steps:
1. Download the Maxbit application.
2. Open the application, then select Register as a Juristic Person.
3. Create an account, verify your identity, and fill in all required information completely:
- Enter your email address
- Phone number
- Create a password
4. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Service, then press "Create Account". The system will then send a 6-digit code to the email address you provided, as well as an OTP to your phone number.
5. Once verification is successfully completed, you can log in and proceed with the corporate identity verification (KYB) in the next step.
Note: If the email address or phone number has already been registered or is a duplicate, you will not be able to proceed further.
Identity Verification Process for Corporate Entities
Step 1: Trader Identity Verification
- Scan the front of the national ID card
- Fill in the personal information of the authorized representative
- Upload the POA (Power of Attorney) documents, which consist of:
- Power of Attorney document
- Company affidavit / Certificate of Incorporation, signed by the director(s) and affixed with the company seal (if applicable)
Step 2: Company Identity Verification Documents
- Account application from for the company
- Full Company Registration Certificate, issued no more than 6 months ago
- Copy of the Shareholder List (Bor.Or.Jor. 5), issued no more than 6 months ago
- Company Articles of Association (if applicable)
- Meeting minutes
- Copies of national ID cards of the grantor (authorizer), the authorized representative, and the authorized signatory directors
- Declaration of U.S. Person / non-U.S. Person status
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (Por.Por. 20) (if applicable)
- Most recent financial statements (if applicable)
- Company bank account statements for the last 3 months
