How to Verify Supported Networks in Wallets
- Open the destination wallet where you plan to deposit the coin.
- On the deposit page of that wallet, check which networks are available for the selected coin.
- Go back to the source wallet from which you intend to withdraw and access the withdrawal page for that coin.
- Compare the supported networks between the source and destination wallets.
- Proceed with the withdrawal only through the network that is mutually supported by both wallets.
Notes
- If you deposit coins into your Maxbit wallet using a network that is not supported, please contact the Maxbit support team for assistance in verifying and attempting to recover your coins (if possible).
- If you withdraw coins from your Maxbit wallet to a destination wallet on another platform using a network that the destination wallet does not support, please contact the provid er of that destination wallet directly for further assistance.
